PA Agro Farms Limited is a sister company of Prince Mark Company Limited, one of Ghana’s established cold-chain distribution businesses. Prince Mark serves as our primary offtaker, distributing the poultry meat we produce through a nationwide network built on 27 cold rooms and established retail relationships. This partnership means every bird we produce has a direct, reliable route to market — from our slaughterhouse straight into Ghana’s cold-chain distribution system.
For our customers, it means consistent supply. For our outgrower farmers, it means a guaranteed buyer at the other end of the chain.

Agronomy — Kenya
Our maize and soya cultivation is guided by agronomists with deep experience in East African grain farming, helping us optimize yields on the nucleus farm and across our outgrower network.
Poultry Farm Management — Thailand
Our layer, poulet, and broiler operations draw on farm management expertise from Thailand’s poultry industry — supporting biosecurity, flock health, and production efficiency across our farms.

Supporting local farmers
Through our outgrower scheme, we will work with over 1,000 farmers across the country, providing pre-financed inputs, mechanization support, and training in good agricultural practices — with guaranteed offtake and above-market pricing for their harvest.
Strengthening food security
By growing our own grain and processing our own poultry domestically, we reduce Ghana’s reliance on imported chicken and keep more value — and more jobs — within local communities.
